I've lived in 4 countries, about a dozen cities and haven't lived at home since I was 11 years old. Everything in my life has led me this moment when I can connect with people from a range of backgrounds and guide them to become the best and most desired version of themselves. From competing in a bodybuilding show to working on President Obama's campaign or researching paper towels in South Korea, I always have had a yearning to make things (and people) better.
ChatGPT could never write this; here we go: I am a consumer insights researcher by day, which means I spend my time asking questions and understanding human behavior. Work I've done to unpack interpersonal relationships (why it's so hard to make friends as an adult) has been quoted by the BBC and the New York Post. I pull from my unconventional background to add a richness and perspective to your session that you could never imagine.
I have been fortunate to attend some of the world's most prestigious universities including the London School of Economics, Oxford University, the University of Southern California and Penn State. At these institutions, I studied Global Media and Communications, International Relations and Politics, Economics and Philosophy. Believe it or not, they all contribute to my practice - it's all about people, patterns and behaviors.
