I've lived in 4 countries, about a dozen cities and haven't lived at home since I was 11 years old. I take pride in the fact that as a result, I can connect with people from a range of backgrounds and Everything in my life has led me to my life's purpose: connecting people.

I connect people to the people and resources they need to become the best and most desired version of themselves. I connect through my writing, social media, and most importantly, my company: Tribe Academy.

Whether I was competing in a bodybuilding show or working on President Obama's campaign or researching paper towels in South Korea, I always have had a yearning to make things, places (and people) better.

ChatGPT could never write this; here we go: I am a consumer insights researcher by day, which means I spend my time asking questions and understanding human behavior.  Work I've done to unpack interpersonal relationships (why it's so hard to make friends as an adult) has been quoted by the BBC and the New York Post. I am constantly drawing from my unconventional background to add richness and perspective to conversations and experiences.
